I was approved for a loan with a given percentage when I left the bank…..hours later, i was told that I wasn’t. Don’t ask for an explanation, the loan officer is a true POS.
I will be switching banks. Screw them it was 4:58 and ladie refused to deposit my check bc she said they we’re closing. They close at 5pm.she told me i could go to chester branch. Who the hell wants to drive to chester when im right here. Staff is lazy.
Customer service is not good. Not great at resolving issues they create. Just have a “just deal with it” kinda attitude. Will be switching banks for sure.

I’ve always enjoyed the service; whether inside or out(drive thru) and honestly …
