I don’t always write bad reviews but I’ve called a couple times now to have propane delivered to my house and the lady at the front desk is very rude for no reason giving terrible attitude to us customers.
Lady I spoke to on the phone has no idea what she’s doing. I asked for a MSDS sheet and she didn’t know what it was. Told me to Google it.

Worst customer service – been waiting on propane fix for months and every time they “solve” the issue, it doesn’t work….now need a new tank (according to them) and no one from sales will call me back. $900 in propane and still no heat after 3 months. Can someone please help?
