Very inconvenient that I was given the wrong information on office hours! These representatives have horrible freaking customer service and they are RUDE! Totally unsatisfied with this company and how they run it!
They people that work here are so beyond rude!! If you plan on moving to this town be aware that you will have to deal with the RUDE people that work here. They don’t seem to care about helping you and always treat you like an inconvenience when you come in.
Not going to full blown give one star because a nice gentleman actually shared some compassion after I told them i wasnt happy with my experience. Even if you dont have any you can fake it lady. Reality check 101 today for mrs. life so serious water department lady!
