  6. Avoid AR BCBS if you can. Which I know is difficult since they have a monopoly in the state. If you can find another option, do it. They raise their rates every year, usually by 20%. They deny every claim based on paperwork that they receive but say they do not. Or they approve $10 of a $1000 claim or they make up other reasons.
