I got a little impatient waiting to see the doctor since my appointment was at 8:45 and I didn’t see her until 9:30.
All was great except the hour& a half wait before seeing the doctor.
I loved Dr. Hendrix! She made me feel like I wasn’t the only one having the trouble I was having. She gave me meds that I think will solve my problem and explained why she gave me those meds.
First appointment and first time at this clinic actually I’m impressed 815 appt time and my name was called at 815. Got X-ray waited five minutes got called and placed in room. Seen nurse. B/p vitals. Routine nurse walked out dr in then was out total time. 35 minutes
Everything went well. As efficiently as could be considering the volume of patients.

I made an appointment 6 months ago with Arkansas Urology and when I arrived for my appointment I was told that it had been cancelled without any notice to me. I feel like Arkansas Urology is more interested in expanding and remodeling than patient care.
It was horrible. I checked in at front desk, went to Pod C like I was told and waited for almost an hour. Then I saw a sign that said if waiting over 30 mins go to reception desk, and I went there and a different lady told me I wasnt checked in. You need to fix that.

Everything was great from the moment I entered. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and kind. The doctor was as always just great.
Very professional and friendly staff. I feel that they listened and fully addressed my concerns and answered my questions. They presented options and helped me decide what was best for me in both the short and the long term.

It took more time standing in line to check in and out than the total amout of time I was permitted with the medical professionals. (Doctor, Nurse, Phlebotomist) They didn’t address my concerns. I don’t believe they provided me appropriate care. Arkansas Urology seems to me to be a “one size fits all assembly line”.
Thanks to everyone at Arkansas Urology for being courteous and professional from the front desk to X-ray to ultrasound to blood work and any and all other tests that give my Dr. the results needed to determine my specific needs. I’m a very satisfied longtime patient!!!
The wait time for check in, check out, lab work, and to see Dr. Goodson, were all very good. The staff was polite and professional. Dr. Goodson did an excellent job of reviewing and explaining my problems/options and answering questions.

My visit to Arkansas Urology was very pleasant. The wait time was not very long and the employees were very nice and helpful. My PA was Brian Cearley and he was excellent. I had my blood drawn to check my psa and I did not feel the needle at all. Great place to have your Urology needs addressed.
Dr Taylor Moore and his staff were extremely professional. Dr took time to discuss my treatment. I did not feel rushed when asking numerous questions. I was seen at my appointment time. Facility was very clean. I will continue with Arkansas Urology.

The staff was very kind and efficient. My only dis-satisfaction was that the lady at check in never made eye contact and never smiled. Friendly, courteous front desk staff. Dr. Bozeman’s nurses seem to enjoy their work and are friendly and cheerful. The waiting area can be a little noisy during high traffic times, but most other time is very quiet. Dr. B gets right to the point and answers any questions you have.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I do not like the amount of time it takes to check-in, however, after answering the questions, your doctor has a better understanding of issues you might have before he sees you. My specialist is very thorough.
