During ice storm our electric has been off for 5 days today. We are most appreciative that Arkansas Electric is in our area working cold long hours helping to restore our power. Thank you. Your workers were very gracious and hard working.
Awful
it’s was ok+!!
Love this Electric coop.!
They suck in getting a generator for being off so long and no caterer service
The person that i contacted was super helpful and patient.
I sent a message on there website and was very promptly taken care of
It was as easy as pie. I used chat very pleased
Have been treated kindly and courteously on all occasions of doing business with the Coop. Thank you!
My power has gone out 3 Thursdays in a row for at least 40 minutes in the middle of the day. This is ridiculous. I miss Entergy.
When you work for a utility company, it’s your responsibility to put in the extra effort after a natural disaster. From what I have seen, they don’t do that.
Electric went out yesterday evening. It’s been over 14 hours and still no electricity. This is just a little ridiculous. Surely they have more then one or two trucks and it makes me think they waited until daylight to do anything and that’s a bunch of crap. Update: 15 hours and finally got electric.
Folks there have always been friendly and helpful to me, from getting service installed to maintenance to problem solving. They’re the only option but I’d use them even if they weren’t. I love that they’re a cooperative!
Jennifer is so helpful! She’s the only one that took the time to help me fix my mistake and get it all figured out! Now I can get online and pay
I was fortunate to get in touch with a person who was very courteous and helped me weigh all my options….they are an assett to your company…Thank you for their great attitude n personality
They have the worst costumer service ever. I waited all them all day until 30 mins before closing time I call them to ask what the deal is and they tell me they can’t come out, didn’t even bother to call me. I been with out electric for a …
In 2018 They came and trimmed trees from the power lines and they destroyed my fence and some of my land and won’t fix it, it is 2020 still not fixed, disgraceful power company. Arkansas valley electric fix what you brake and clean up your mess when you are done.
Latest storms have been outrageous, but, my lights only flickered once. Way to go AVE. I know it’s all the tree trimming you did all summer, just shows how planning can go a long way!! Thanks for the new shop service also!!
I’m tired of replacing appliances at a huge cost because of their outages. They take 4 or 5 times to restore power which kills the appliance electronics. Cost me 3k in the last year.
The first time I called them they just immediately hung up. The second time I called them, the woman was super rude on the phone telling me I needed to call during business hours. Well, guess what? Almost everyone else has to work during …
Everytime I need to talk to AVECC they are very helpful. They do a good job managing a very difficult task. I am glad they are my electric provider.
Horrible customer service. You can hardly get a hold of ahold of anyone. Tried calling 5 times and left multiple voicemails with no return calls. Was even hung up on once before I could even speak. Eventually when I was able to get a hold of someone the representative was rude.
I would like to report some good news on the easement clearing crew south of LaVaca Arkansas. Justin Kelly and his team have a difficult job to do of keeping the powerlines clear from any falling trees and limbs and I’m sure they get a lot …
Terrible customer service. They schedule outages to work on lines without any notice to effected customers. They knew in advance that powe would be out on specific date at a specific time but fail to give customers notice. They call text and email about bills….. why not do same for planned outages?
Horrible. You’re forced to pay a $200 deposit to start the service. They made me pay this despite having an excellent payment history with them in the past at 2 residences, then they gouge the electricity prices. For one month, my electric …
