They don’t hire enough customer service people. Prepare to wait on their phone line forever!
My mother passed away and me and father have been trying to get a hold of someone for an update on our claim. We even sent the death certificate. If we dont hear from someone soon. A lawyer will be contacted. This is ridiculous, so unprofessional and just so sad for my family..
