In 1945, upon return from his tour of duty with the U.S. Marine Corps, Bill Armstrong was first inspired to help others by observing his mother. A registered nurse, she frequently looked after … See more
Company’s like this should NOT take on medical transport work if they DO NOT have the resources to show up at the scheduled time, and get the patient to there appointment on time!
Careful you may end up with a $2,056.94 bill after using this company I speak from experience👍 Remember don’t use private ambulance services unless a public one isn’t available …
They are very reliable source of transportation as compare to other ambulance service company. Thanks for the wonderful service you provide to our communities.
Their Billing Department is predatory, unhelpful, and has led me to tell my friends and family to call a Lyft or let me die in the gutter instead of calling Armstrong.
I would like to thank you the team that took care of me from LMH to MWH on Thursday night. You all made me feel so comfortable and relieved alot of the stress I was feeling. You were professional and so kind. Thank you again….🤗😷 …
My nephew was having a seizure and Armstrong responded to the 911 call. They treated him like a criminal !!! He was on the floor unresponsive and seizing and they were on top of him trying to handcuff him 😡. His daughter watched the whole …
Do you like waiting hours past your pickup time? Do you like disheveled EMTs who hate their job? How about Grumpy paramedics upset with doing transfers? Well then give Armstong EMS a call! …
I was picked up at the scene of my accident and driven EXACTLY 1.0 mile to the hospital with a broken collarbone, all the while receiving no more than a routine BP and concussion check, and was charged almost $2,000! And then the team in …
Seriously call an Uber. The $15 ride will be nothing in comparison to the $3500+ you’ll be billed. The inexperienced EMT couldn’t even put an IV in properly and this corrupt company is preying on the most vulnerable in the community. I will write letters to MA government about this company and their thieving ways.
Terrible experience. Inappropriate personnel on the phone and in the ambulance. Not qualified to perform basic functions for care and support when transporting patients.
Waited for TWO!! hours for Armstrong’s ambulance to pick up my elderly mother from her dentist. Dentist was not surprised and said Armstrong is famous for being very late. They accept more orders for rides then they have available cars, and …
I had to call 911 a few months ago and was picked up by Armstrong. I was charged almost $2,000 for a short drive to the hospital and less than 10 min of monitoring. There was a misunderstanding with my insurance, and Armstrong didn’t get …
They clearly have poor logistics, and overbook. They dropped a patient at our office for a 10 minute appointment, refused to wait, then said there would be at least a 90 minute wait for pick-up of a frail, elderly patient from a rehab …
They have a contract with encompass rehab hospital. Have found them to be very unreliable … often late by an hour or more. They are understaffed and overbook appointments. No back up plans . Meanwhile patients and providers are left waiting …
The worst billing and collections department. Insurance spoke to them multiple times to come to an agreement on price, came to said agreement, and I was still sent a bill and demand letter from their in house lawyer. $60/minute is not what …
Avoid at all costs! Terrible company who should be ashamed of themselves.
This company is A scam they ruin my credit they charge me instead of the person who actually live in the area
I will be contact my lawyer
Refused ambulance service still charged 2000$.
Disabled Vet now with ruined credit.

Almost was ran off the road by them (in traffic, no emergency). When we looked over they were hysterically laughing. Disturbing and bizarre.
