Came for drug and TB test. Wait time was OVER one hour. RN on duty did not wash her hands in between patients and when I asked her to put on gloves she just put on one, still didn’t wash her hands! The smell and the humidity in the lobby is the INHUMAN! I’d rather DIE then to receive service at ARROWOOD MED CENTER.

Employees weren’t very knowledgeable. Didn’t know what they was located next to when I called. Employee rushed me off phone when asked for directions. No one was inside clinic when I arrived and I still had to wait a extra 20min. This is not the place to go for fast service. I will not be coming back to this location.
