  1. They’re harassing the he|| out of me. Called me 6 times in the last 2 hours even though I told them I am not interested. I even had the phone hung up in my phone once I told the last agent they’ve already called me several times this morning. Not to mention they’re calling from different numbers. This company is a scam.

  2. Very displeased with their service. I went back and forth with them for months with no resolution. Similar to other comments seen here, Arvest purchased the mortgage and does not provide good customer service. I would avoid them if possible.

  3. Mortgage got sold to them recently. They charge $5.00 to pay your mortgage if you want to do it online via a checking account. Their website looks like something from 15 years ago; what a joke. I’d stay away if you have a choice.

  4. Even if you owe less than $100, your payoff must be by certified check. If not, they hold it until it’s past due, assess you a late fee and a $25 returned payment fee. There’s also a $35 fee for releasing the lien, which I’m not sure is legal in all states.
