They’re harassing the he|| out of me. Called me 6 times in the last 2 hours even though I told them I am not interested. I even had the phone hung up in my phone once I told the last agent they’ve already called me several times this morning. Not to mention they’re calling from different numbers. This company is a scam.
Very displeased with their service. I went back and forth with them for months with no resolution. Similar to other comments seen here, Arvest purchased the mortgage and does not provide good customer service. I would avoid them if possible.
Mortgage got sold to them recently. They charge $5.00 to pay your mortgage if you want to do it online via a checking account. Their website looks like something from 15 years ago; what a joke. I’d stay away if you have a choice.
Even if you owe less than $100, your payoff must be by certified check. If not, they hold it until it’s past due, assess you a late fee and a $25 returned payment fee. There’s also a $35 fee for releasing the lien, which I’m not sure is legal in all states.
I have to go here for classes for my job, but every time I visit I meet someone that works there daily and I tell them what a great place it is to work, very nice facility with full kitchen to prepare good food and dining area. Love it!
They charge $350 for bi-weekly payment and re-enrollment fee one time plus $3.50 for pre draft transection fee. Other mortgage companies don’t charge for that.
They have an automated answering service. It is very difficult to get through to a live person. I had to call 6 times. You have to press 6 for “automated/customer service. Which you would imagine would still just be automated. But no, it’s …
Received notice that loan had been sold to LoanCare which has a very active google review of one star. These are all recent as well. I know it’s part of the business. But screw you Mr. Customer, welcome to corporate America
My mortgage got sold to these people and since my payment went up $218 per month. I’ve been calling in monthly to resolve issue. Every time i get the runaround and someone always says ” I’ll get back to you with information ” and i never get that call.
They took over my existing mortgage loan but refuses to keep the payment times and amount as I had with the previous/original loan company, even after I confirmed while the loan transfer was occurring that everything including payment …
This is the worst experience with my mortgage, First i worked with a local mortgage company and before sending the 1st payment the mortgage was sold to arvest central mortgage company. Everytime I called there was a delay for me to have …
Absolutely the worst experience ever. I am currently in process of refinancing my mortgage due to complete incompetence of this company!
They will willingly rip you off, charge you for their mistakes and they don’t care!
The website is difficult to use, and auto-draft for your mortgage is not intuitive. In addition to this, they charge $5 to process online payments which is ridiculous. We are in 2020, that shouldn’t exist and it hasn’t been the case with …
If only they could enter the modern age and have automatic withdrawal to pay your mortgage. Constantly getting “We didn’t receive your check”, and their website never works to submit a one time online payment.
My mortgage was sold to them. I forgot to increase my escrow payment. That is on me. How they penalized me was awful – $50 penalty – two mortgage payments – applied my previous payment entirely to principle. They could have just called …
How can you charge a $5 convenience fee every month for paying online? So the options to avoid this are: autodraft a large sum of money every month (must be nice to be rich or not have kids), pay by mail (does anyone have stamps?), or call …
Been trying to get a payoff statement for over a month from them. They spin you in circles until you want to give up, but can’t because it’s holding up a refinance. You think them dealing with numbers all day they’d be able to calculate a payoff….real math probably makes their little brains hurt.
I’ve been making regular on-time payments that are more than my principal for over 4 years. Never late never missed a payment. Recently I have tried to make principal only payments but Arvest chopped the payments and applied some of the …
I would not recommend using this company. My mortgage was sold to them, so unfortunately I had no control. They are very behind with technology and payment processing (unreasonable fee when all other companies I have had mortgages with …
Their customer service phone line was busy for 3 days. I tried different times and days. When I did get into their system it dropped me 4 times. I went through everyone of their options. It did not give me what I wanted and I could not …
They are giving my insurance broker the run around on paying my insurance out of my escrow account. Then, they have the audacity to send me a letter, saying I will owe them for insurance they must provide, because my insurance has not been …
I had a mortgage serviced by Chase before refinancing and having the mortgage sold to Arvest. A few days into using them and things are not looking good. Website is borderline unusable and I’m told making payments online gets charged a $5 …
Our mortgage was sold to them. They kept charging us late fees because even though I sent them checks 5 days before due date, they kept processing them after our due date. So I send them a check 1.5 weeks earlier post dated for when we …
Check out other complaints and BBB complaints. Do not do business with if you don’t have to. Our loan was transferred and it’s been a nightmare. Two years in a row they paid 2 insurance companies. Switched carries in 2017. Told them. …
Keep trying to call in to make payment after online system is down. Online system shows payment as processed but money was never taken out of my account.
BBB removed their membership. They have called me 25 times in the past 36 hours. Please don’t do business with these folks. It’s a complete scam. I have asked them about 5 times to remove me from their call list as I never even sent in an inquiry with them. The calls continue.
Worst customer experience. They keep updating their portal forcing customers to constantly create a new account. Just don’t use them. You’ll be waiting on hold all day every few months just trying to get access to your account.
This company attempted to charge $5 fee for making on-line mortgage payments. That got taken care of in court by several AGs in several states. Now their latest game is to take your mortgage payment and ‘not apply’ it. They just hold it. This company is being reported to my State Attorney General’s office AGAIN.
They have been fine in the past but this is a disaster. It’s 11/10 and my payment won’t come out of my account set on EFT, I can’t log into my online account and I can’t get anyone on the phone. I have wasted days of work trying to pay mortgage.
Javier was very nice and got everything I needed very quickly. Then I got tranfered to a new agent. When I wasnt sure about going through them the new agent called multiple times in a row during the workday. I dropped what I was doing for …

Arvest central mortgage doesn’t have customer service. You can’t ever speak to anyone during business hours
Keep trying to call in to make payment after online system is down. Online system shows payment as processed but money was never taken out of my account.

Mortgage was sold to them, awful customer service, applying fraudulent late charges due to their own incompetence in transferring systems. Unreal.
Worst customer experience. They keep updating their portal forcing customers to constantly create a new account. Just don’t use them. You’ll be waiting on hold all day every few months just trying to get access to your account.
