  1. A company that overcharges because it runs an illegal monopoly in the areas that it represents, an illegal monopoly in Eagle Bend MN as well as several other locations. Just terrible people with no morals that are into price fixing and monopolistic practices.

  14. My husband works for Arvig so can’t complain too much but I wish they’d put on their website or somewhere that their building is under construction. Let alone they didn’t answer the phone the 3 times I called. It was during business hours so I know they were open.

  15. Upgraded to the new gig package and have had daily disconnects while gaming, especially around 12am, rarely used to have these type of issues. My number is the same as it been since subscribing to the services over a year ago. Walther does a great job at installation.

  16. Fix your cable television reception. At least six channels rarely have reception. Your rates continue to rise. If you didn’t have a monopoly you would be out of business.

They truly take advantage of the small communities in the area by grossly over charging the low income smaller towns for their service while larger towns with financial stability are charged a fraction of the price. These prices should be balanced out. We changed to satellite internet – faster speed and much cheaper.

  26. Arvig has the best customer service call center- light years better than any cable/internet company I have encountered. The call is answered in less than a minute by knowledgeable people. Looking forward to the new fiber optic service for rural customers.
