Was asked to fill out paper work before an appointment and submitted it 2 days prior. Appoint was canceled by RMA since the paperwork was received 47 hours before the appointment. Called and discussed the situation….they would not flex. Loss of business. Not recommended in an industry that has plenty of other options.
