A wholly owned subsidiary of Iowa Student Loan, which has more than 35 years of experience in the student loan industry, Aspire is constantly growing to provide more services to assist clients. Iowa Student Loan, an Iowa-based nonprofit, was established in 1979 and began servicing federal student loans in 1981. Aspire, which was established in 2001, performs functions outside of Iowa Student Loan’s tax-exempt designation by providing services to employers, lenders, secondary markets and postsecondary institutions.
