This company promoted my fiancé, IMMEDIATELY furloughed her at the smell of corona && then totally dissolved the brand new position they created and ensured they needed. Her manager did not speak with her about them totally firing her, and …
Not a bad group of folks on staff. Their communication stinks. They change appointments or don’t know why you are there when you show up. You have to call at least twice to get a prescription refill called in. Happens regularly. I think they are just poorly managed. Probably time to find a new urology office.
Sent my husband’s medicine to the wrong address.
Then told the person who received it to meet with us to give it to us
They gave her our phone number …
Had kidney stone’s removed by surgery. Got home and was in excruciating pain. Called the nurse to see if I had strong enough meds and was told “you aren’t a spring chicken any more.” The next year Dr told me the kindey stones are there …
My husband has prostate cancer and kidney stones. He has been a patient for so long that two previous doctors have retired. I like that I am included in appointments and treatments. He has dementia now and staff still explain procedures and treatment plan in easy to understand language.
Be aware of this place. They show no compassion for their patients. Doctors nor staff seems to care. Leave you in pain for months and when they finally do see you want to do another surgery. JUST DON’T!!!!
Here is my experience, my opinion, and what I went through was indifference at the Water Street Syracuse location of Amp Urology. They’re impossible to get into in an emergency situation when you’re suffering, in pain, and terrified from …
Beware!! Doctor was ok. However they appear to be running a scam via missed appt charges. They would schedule random appts without your knowledge or leave a vague voicemail about an appt that was never made or agreed to then charge you missed appt fees.
Very unprofessional, no body know what is going on. No one communicates with other coworkers as to appointments or what is expected. The sad thing is this place has potential to be great and help so many people but they can’t get it …
They need to figure out what they are doing. Communication is horrible. They keep changing my appts… changing what they want to do.. keep testing me for UTI when every test comes back negative!!! They are scatterbrained and unsure of what …
Had an appointment today with Dr. Aleksic. Had a wonderful experience, he was professional, had the best bedside manner and kept asking if I understood or had questions. This doctor really cares, and could tell I was nervous about my …
The staff is Great with everyone
They will not help u if u if u are in pain
Nice professional office, friendly staff, clean space, knowledgeable doctors.
2 hour wait for a scheduled consult. Nurse said deal with it. Terrible service.
Thank you Dr. Aleksic, I suffered until you helped me!!!!!!
Staff is rude and unprofessional. Impossibly to make appointments or changes. Save yourself the aggravation and go someplace else.
I’ve been going there for about 12 years. Had a TURP back then and yearly follow-ups since. I think Dr. Madissoo is wonderful.
Unorganized, don’t know what they’re doing.
Your scheduling department needs to learn customer service skills. Woman told husband he can’t cancel appt. she was very rude.
Very unprofessional

The so called experienced PA who performs tests Peter is truly cluless in medicine.
I don’t recommend this place anymore. …
