I provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. I chose to work in medicine because I wanted a career that allowed me to care for and serve other human beings.

Update: IM LEAVING. Everett Clinic bought out Associates In Family Medicine and things drastically changed. After 20+ yrs with Dr. Patterson he retired, Aug 2022. The clinic promised & said “hang tight”, “not to worry we’re getting you …
My doctor’s
Great staff and wonderful doctors! Thank you for years of wonderful service!
Very attentive, great nurses and DR. Sperry was very helpful.
Wondering when vaccine is available.seems odd that an old dog like me has not been given access.
Nearly impossible to get through on phones.
Absolutely atrocious customer service. Cannot keep a regular staff of doctors. We will no longer do business with this practice.
Great doctors and nurses, absolutely horrendous front desk service
I’ve been going here for a few years and genuinely the amount of misdiagnoses I have received is appalling.
They are very unhelpful and lied to my wife and refused to help or make a referral.
Terrible follow-up. Some of the rudest service we have ever encountered. Nurses do not give proper info and communication is severely lacking.
I have been trying to contact them for weeks and the never answer the phone. You are on Hold forever!!!!!!
I have been treated here for 5 years. Great staff and Doctors.
First time patient, they make it very easy to be treated and very friendly staff. Corinna Stout was awesome !
My doctor is wonderful, everyone is friendly and easy to work with, and I just discovered they have an online bill payment system (that doesn’t charge a convenience fee!)
Do not come here if you need support with mental health, medication, etc. They will not help you what do ever.
Their office assistants are helpful and knowledgeable. My doctor is attentive and professional. Plus they have a lab onsite which means fast and easy lab results!
The lady laughed on the phone after telling me they are booked till November
Julie Kahnamoui is the most caring and knowledgeable ARNP I have ever encountered. You are in good hands with Julie. She treats you like a real person and doesn’t talk down to you. I recommend her highly.
Been coming here for 10 years. The staff is so caring and actually take the time to get to know you! While it does get busy and slow, like every other doctors office in America, they make up for it with their amazing service. I have no clue what these other people are talking about!!
I am very impressed with the professionalism and medical knowledge of Heather Keddie. She takes time to answer questions and I found her to be a better communicator than many of my past physicians.
Would not advise going to any Everett Clinic if you value your life. My father went to them specifically for cardiac concerns back in October. Repeated chest pain with shortness of breath both on exertion and at rest. After extensive (read …
I gave a very poor review a few months ago of one of Dr Scarff’s PAs. Today I am waiting to be seen by the very same person who I now realize was having a bad day. In retrospect, I was very judgmental. Since then I have been very impressed …
Love the staff. My Dr.s are the best. Very professional yet makes me feel at home. My Dr.s have been there forever. Only have issues with one receptionist so I just avoid her.
I can’t say anything about all of the doctors there, who all may be extremely kind, but my experience with Julie Kahnamoui was horrible and I wasn’t even the patient. My friend went in for an STD test, something very scary and personal …
My mother, my husband and I all are patients at this facility. We all have had good experiences with the doctors and nurse practitioners. I have had a few glitches trying to get prescriptions refilled but eventually it all worked out fine.
I have gone to associates and family medicine through my teens. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism there about 4 years ago, and they prescribed me levothyroxine for it. I went to fairhaven integrative health a couple months ago, as …
My family has been coming here for years, nothing but a good experience, sometimes they are busy and there is a wait, it is a doctors office that is normal. The front desk, Nurses and Doctors are all very attentive. The other reviews here make no sense to me, most people only do a review if they have a bad experience.
I love my doctor and PA, but I’m really tired of the rude treatment I often get when I call them. They need to train the people who answer the phone to be more courteous. It is upsetting.
Very disappointed. Lifetime family doctor but can’t see because of new rules on seeing your doctor. If you haven’t seen them in 3 years, you’re a new patient and can’t get in. Well, shows how the value of relationships have deteriorated. Very unfortunate. No loyalty to the patient then I won’t have any loyalty to this doctor.
Sat and waited for almost an hour for a prescription refill, on top of waiting 15 mins past my appointment time in the waiting room. Heather Keddie had terrible bedside manner, trying to make me talk about my dying grandmother, and not …
After waiting 23 minutes 8 seconds on hold, told no appointment with Dr Sharef available for 46 days. Offered no alternative. …
I wish I could give this place NO stars because it is the absolute WORST place to go to. I recommend taking your business somewhere else where someone cares about your health and well-being. …
I am an old woman who went to this facility for over 15 years. Since moving I have had a difficult time with finding a new facility. At Associates in Family Medicine I was always treated like a real person. It was believed that having …
I like my doctor here. A lot. I also like the staff **when I’m there. However, their follow up has been atrocious. I give them a two only for the staff when I am there. …
Love Dr Sperry BUT….Reception is Horrible!!!! Called and was on the phone while it rang and rang and rang…Guess noboby is answering phones today…almost 11 minutes so………I hung up and maybe it is a good thing…in soooo much pain …
Tried to make an appointment, was put on hold for 15 minutes. Called back and spoke with a woman who was barely polite. She was a little more polite once I told her I had premera. I was not able to schedule an appointment, however, …
For the most part I like the doctors, and there are a handfull of nurses I really like, but the customer service is not good. Don’t expect to get called back if you need something or have questions. Seems like they are either too busy, or …
I had my first teledoctorvisit today with Dr. Stout. It went incredibly smooth and the interaction was every bit as professional as in person visit. I am aware that everyone cannot do this type of doctor/patient interaction but for me it was perfect. Dr. Stout was great.
One star (or maybe two) for telephone customer service — it’s often hard to reach them (the phone just rings and rings). When I am able to talk to someone, the treatment I’ve gotten has frequently been curt, and sometimes rude. I know they …
Dr. Sharf saved my back after 25 years of misdiagnosis w my old doc, to whom I was loyal to a fault. He has been great all around for the last 12 years, w good calls on all my ills including differentiating hernia and diverticulitis, right on both times, and I am glad to be in his and his able staff’s care.
I have been a patient since before they became the Everett clinic and must say they are improving. They have always had good people just need to continue to make the act of using their services more user friendly. …
It took 20 minutes on hold to get through today, just to be told no openings until next week, 9 days to see my doctor. I had to go to Urgent Care two weeks ago when again it was a week for an appointment with them. Since Everett Clinic took …
It wasn’t so much the care, the PA was very nice but it’s the billing department and why I will never get care here again. They are ruthless and extremely rude. I had a small bill and forgot one payment and they were already sending me a …
I continue to receive terrific advice and treatment from Dr Roger Sharf, and his team of caregivers. I just returned from an appointment, and found the experience informative and helpful. I like the trust I feel with the folks at Associates …
I’m venting about an issue I had happen at my last appointment. I just can’t stop thinking about it. I’ve been a patient here for 5 years and I have a wonderful doctor here. My doctor was fully booked so they had me see a ANP. I take pain …
I was surprised to see these guys had negative reviews. I’ve gone to tons of different doctors and clinics (I’ve moved around a lot) and these guys have definitely been fine for me. Overall, I’d say quite good. Sharf is definitely ‘east …
I am so upset with this office help. This place has gone to the dump since Everett Clinic took over. They do not answer the phones. Been waiting over 3 weeks for a referral to a specialist and had to cancel appt. cause referral did not get thru.
Dr. Sharf, all the nurses, lab and billing staff are great. For the life of me I can’t understand the negative reviews posted. Sure at times there are waits (no different than any other clinic, medical emergencies happen and urgent care …
I don’t know what’s going on with this place. I’ve been a patient for years but now every time I call to make an appointment, no one answers. You’re just put on hold music forever. I’ll be looking for a new primary care dct because I literally can’t get ahold of anyone.
Things have changed at this facility for the worse. I don’t know if it’s because it’s now the Everett Clinic or not. It’s difficult to even have someone answer the phone for an appointment. Waiting over twenty minutes on hold to schedule …
Both of the doctors I have seen (Dr. Sharf and Dr. Heather) are very friendly and compassionate and made sure I wasn’t having any major problems that I was concerned about. The nurses I have seen were great. The staff is really helpful and …
Takes too long to reach anyone on the phone, when I tried to come in for a simple TB test (non-lab), they said I’d have to schedule an appointment a month and a half in advance. At other everett clinics it’s a walk-in requiring no …
I’ve been a customer of Associates for 50 years. Great place – then! Brian Patterson being my only doctor. I’ve recently learned he’s retiring (about time Brian. 😉) Also learned no doctors there taking new patients. I’d prefer Sperry. Very …
Everett Clinic is guilty as all new mass care clinics of using corporate medicine practices.
I / we are individuals. …
I have been trying to make an appointment for WEEKS only to be put on hold for upwards of 45 minutes at a time before I hang up. I am now looking for a new doctor even though I’ve been with my current doctor for decades!!! There is no …
My Provider (P.A. Corinna Gross and her staff RN’s) are/ is exceptional.
The problem? Wait times on hold 15+ minutes to get a appointment and have wait 2 months to be able to see the primary care provider? …
I’ve been a patient here for about 15 years ,but no more. If you can actually get though to a receptionist thats a win. Phone just rings and rings. If you get through expect to be treated rudely. Something has definitely changed in this …
I will agree the transition to becoming part of the Everett clinic has been very annoying. However I will always keep coming here to see Dr. Sperry and his nurses “Jill’s my favorite”. They are excellent and always treat me like family. Thank you
I’ve been going here for 25 years or more. Since becoming part of The Everett Clinic it’s terrible. My husband goes there too. For over a week between the two of us we have tried to return calls from nurses and been on hold combined over …
To start off, the receptionists are totally rude and not interesting in actually helping anyone. I’ve been here a handful of times and have never had a good experience. They’re truly not willing to help in moments of worry and basically …
I suggest we all file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau! I’m not sure of another way to ACTUALLY hold Everett Clinic accountable for their terrible business model. The least we can surmise is that Everett Clinic is fueled by greed. …
DONT EVEN GET STARTED HERE.
**This is long, but so is their list of problems. If I could leave 0 Stars, I would. — Maybe 1 star for my regular doctor herself (who has also chosen to leave …
Been a patient here for over 12 years. My folks have been patients for 9 years. They have chronic health issues. I have not been able to schedule to see my doctor in 2 years….but there is always a nurse I can see, and to whom I can …
I’ve gone to Associates in Family Medicine for more than 40 years and received good, timely care. The medical staff remains good, and caring.
But since the group joined The Everett Clinic, the administrative end has become …
Twice my 73 year old mother had complained about this Office and this doctor. But yesterday they let her sit there for 4 hours and she still didn’t see the her physician?…. what kind of place does this. To let a 73yr old lady sit for …
Have been going to Associates in family medicine for awhile and love my doctor and his team. Ever since the Everett Clinic has taken over, it’s so bad. You call, your on hold a hour, you say morning you must be busy today and they hang up …
This is the only primary care clinic I have ever been to my whole life. Well it was anyway, not anymore. When trying to make an appointment I was on hold for an hour only to be told that I can’t be seen for 2 months despite the condition …
I have been going to AFM for 30+ years it was an amazing family medicine clinic.
The Everette Clinic is as bad as it gets. On hold forever when you call. …
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I am sorely disappointed with service here lately. Not necessarily with the actual care received, but with the inaccessibility of seeing a provider. I find phone staff incredibly rude and not helpful, …
I won’t drag this on as there are plenty of reviews stating exactly what I’m here to state. …
My family has gone here for 50 years, I’ve been going my entire life and I called for an appointment and was told since I havnt been in in 3 years I’m now a new patient and my doctor isn’t seeing new patients! Seriously, that’s amazingly …
I have seen Doctor Sharf over 30 years. After a ER visit I was told to follow up with my Doctor. Doctor Sharf was not available until Late November. This occurred in August. I did see another doctor. It took over an hour of sitting in …
I have been with associates in family medicine for several years since they merged with Everett clinic it’s practically impossible to call and be able to see your doctor because you’re ill anytime within a month or two. Also, the last two …
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been seen at this clinic for over 20 years, and I had never felt like a bother until the buyout. I do not care what new rules and guidelines you are forced to follow by your new owner. I care about …
My health has gotten much worse since attending the Everett Clinic. Employees seem to hate being there and I do not blame them. I’m not even mad about the wait times averaging 30+ minutes, calls dropping, and the attitude of front desk …
Hate to give bad reviews. But I need to warn others. Wish I could give this place a zero. Look at the recent reviews especially of long-time patients. Avoid this place if possible. Been a patient with my doctor here for 20 years. …
I’ve been a patient with Associates in Family Medicine (now Everett Clinic) for at least 15 years. It use to be easy to get into my doc within a reasonable amount of time. Reception, easy to reach, overall good experience. Now I call and …
