This is one of the most unorganized management companies I have ever dealt with. They all hide behind the receptionist they will never talk to you personally, very poor communication. They do not send proper notices. They sent my mothers account straight to collections based on their accounting error.
Very poor service. Staff is full of excuses. Place lien on home erroneously back 2003. Failure to accept accountabilty and take corrective action. Will be contacting attorney to take legal action. Association poorly run.
They are extremely unorganized they are rude and dismissive they made something as simple as getting a pool key so my kids and my nephews who were visiting could enjoy it difficult and frustrating and the kids never got to go to the pool no one should work with this company
Horrible management company. COMMUNITIES BEWARE!!! Theirs a reason why they have 1 star rating. I hope this company goes out of business. But, I doubt it because they are a bunch of money sucking vampires to keep their doors open.
They never answer the phone and don’t enforce the bylaws. We have owners and renters in our community bringing down the neighborhood and all they do is send a letter. They will not fine or tow. After a couple of letters, people figure them out and do what they want.
This company doesn’t enforce any of the rules, regulations, or bylaws for the communities it manages. They appear to only want your money and will not talk with you in person, but instead communicate through their receptionist. Very unprofessional.
