Was on the phone to discuss a claim adjustment and they couldn’t give me any information and kept putting me on hold… It took 45 minutes and I had NO ANSWERS!
They are always kind and answer my questions when I call. The website is easy to use. They pay my claims, I’ve never had an issue with them in 4 years.
I have thus far had excellent service from Asuris. They answer the phone without much delay at all. I don’t have to wait on hold. My questions are answered quickly and accurately. My plan isn’t the best, but I chose it because the cost was better than other options available to me.
Asuris Northwest Health is one of the worst insurance companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT use them, they find ways to get out of paying, they lie and use double speak to hide the facts.

Terrible coverage. My $3000 deductible has mushroomed into nearly $6000. Just got a bill for almost $2000 for ER visit for life threatening situation that they refused to pay! They pay a whole nickel on my chiropractic visits. Really? This for $100s each month in premiums.
I’d seriously give a zero star if I could. They have messed up over a years worth of medical claims now recalling all their payments. I have clinics and doctors sending letters and calling me to tell me to call them. Whenever I call the programmed response seems to be to process the claims again give them 45 days.

Called customer service. Wasted a bunch of my time then the automation asked for my SS# which I entered twice as directed, while it lied and said I hadn’t, then hung up, instead of letting me speak to a real person like it should of. Horrible service. Avoid.

What they tell you on the phone is not the same in writing. Get it in writing first.
