Really disappointed with this office. Went there for a routine eye exam and left with an issue that requires a specialist outside of this practice to fix. Very disappointed because I didn’t have the issue when I went in for the routine exam. Would strongly recommend you find another eye doctor.
Be prepared to get double charged and “nickel and dimed”.
Update: And eventually they will send you to collections despite having settled all their bills on time months ago.
I ordered two pair of glasses which Derrick said would be in in two days. When they came in ten days, I couldn’t see through the lenses at all. Fortunately they had a pair of lenses which did work in one pair of my new frames. It’s been ten more days, and I still haven’t received my second pair, and I gave prepaid for them.
As a younger individual with previous eye issues Dr. Brown seemed to disregard my concerns completely. Front of house staff was friendly, but I will not be returning to this practice and will seek out another ophthalmologist.

Dr Rey Brown was fantastic. I had a serious problem for several years and had been to different specialists that wouldn’t take my case because it was too complex. Dr Brown fixed it after a surgery and a procedure. He was wonderful and spent time explaining things. I am now happy and pain free.
