WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This is a fraud company, ungodly customer support, no website accountability, inaccurate billing statements. These people are absolute criminals.
Hands down the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. Customer Service does not exists to them. I literally spoke with someone, hung up, called back later and talked to the same person and they told me I was lying and hadn’t called before.
Terrible. Service. Competency of the customer service agents is awful. Billing is always suspect.
It’s 2 people here and I have high bill, I don’t think they even read the meter.
omg, this company should be booted out of the DC/MD/VA region, but most of us already know that pepco holdings donate money to the left, so that’s why they have a monopoly and complete control over the citizens in our area, and can screw us any way they want, financially or otherwise.
I can’t get into my account to pay my bill and spoke to the Vermia in Texas and she couldn’t figure out how to get me in to my account. There’s no technical support so you’re out of luck in that area; this is probably the worst company I’ve dealt with in Washington DC
The worst Customer Service in the world. I called and no one ever answered the phone and emailed several times to schedule an event and no one ever returned my call or email. Finally my co-worker walked down there to speak with someone and they were booked for the day we were requesting. Worst Customer Service ever
TOTALLY worthless utility. Our 11 families on this street must wait until Monday at 11 p.m. for power restoration while we sit in the dark and cold just watching the food we worked hard for in our refrigerators spoil. Yesterday they …
They made billing mistake, put wrong address, acknowledged their mistake but cant fix this for several months, collectors is threatening me and want me to pay for someone else’s electricity. This company is a disfunctional mess. Collectors are hunting for me because of their employee typo!
This review is only for my experience at the physical office on 9th St. the office was easy to find, and the woman working the front desk was friendly, informative, and an efficient worker. I was there for a proof of residency and was in and out in under 10 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise.
It’s STILL CLOSED… They have a DROP BOX on the side of the building, they even have lil envelopes in the box to fill out the amount and place the bill and your pymt so the correct account can be Credited.
In previous years, pepco’s storm response has been terrible, with millions of customers without power. Recently though, out seems they have really stepped up their game. With the major storm like what.. 6 months ago.. I personally only lost …
I’ve got to be honest. I don’t like bashing companies, especially one that everyone else bashes. A lot of people spend a lot of time working to make this company better and I’m sure reviews like this ruin someone’s day. It’s hard to meet …

I have been getting the run around for 2 months from Pepco. They owe me $2500. First, I had to prove to them that they owed me the money by sending them my bank statement. That was delay #1. After 10 days, they said they would send me a …

The customer service reps are nice and helpful, but working with the company has been a disaster. I’ve been on four calls with customer care agents and have still been unable to set up an account, for example. It’s just a terrible, terrible, terrible, online experience.
PEPCO/Exelon is an awful, unethical company. They do billions of $ of construction each year and use quick and dirty construction methods, causing millions of $ of damage to historic homes adjacent. They have a fraudulent claims system, …
One teller serving all the people , took forever
Insane torture only a monopoly can dish out .
PEPCO is the worst electric company I’ve ever deal with
terrible company, they like to take advantage of their own customers money.
The power works 99.9% percent of the time, not much to complain about. Haha if it was 98% we would have riots.
Pepco is the worst!!! They never answer the phone.
they never return emails. Isn’t there something someone can do to change this mess.
