The phlebotomist who handles Delaware County is Very Rude, unprofessional and NO bedside manner at all. I am very disapointed that this companys representative adds more stress to families who are already under tremendous stress.
As an administrator of a Social Service Program that uses this lab for various services I am very pleased. If there are needs or requests the company has always been able to help out. They are friendly and provide excellent customer service and support. Highly recommended!

Visited the Drexel Hill office for annual lab tests recently. Very convenient, good service, no wait. Extremely pleased because they complied with my request to send me a copy of the lab report. I have been disappointed by some other labs failure to follow through on this.

Took 45 hours to get a “24hr” RT-PCR results back for traveling. Needless to say I missed my flight and lost the testing expense as well.
