Don’t dare put an empty furniture box leaning on the side of your can for disposal and not in it… cause they won’t take it. Never have dealt with a more lazy recycling company.. not all boxes can fit in that can, if neatly placed next to them, the worker on the back of the truck should take those boxes too.
Drivers are so ignorant. Yall are supposed to be professional, start acting like it.

Worst customer service ever!! Lindsey and Adrian are horrible to deal with on the phone. They tell you the are going to fix a problem and never do. After looking at all of the other reviews I see why nothing gets done. I urge all people who need trash pick up to read the reviews before using this company!!!
Their list of acceptable recyclables is appallingly. NO GLASS!? Glass is 100% recyclable. If you’re unable to process certain items for recycling get out of the business.

Malorie is the best! Anytime I ever need anything all I have to do is give her a call and she gets it done immediately in most cases. If it cant be done immediately its done in a day or 2.
Somehow my house was skipped on the regular route which was very unusual. I called and spoke with Malorie. She was incredibly helpful and added my location to be picked up the next day!
Several times a year the company will skip my house completely and when I call for service, the operator acts as if it’s a huge hassle for them. I’m currently on day 3 past my collection date. Several phone calls later and I still have a can full of trash at the end of my driveway.
Trash men refuse to take trash. They provide a small trash can and get mad when all the trash doesn’t fit. Recycling is once a week and they half do that job as well.
