I have to call on a bi-weekly basis to schedule our trash removal per my job description. They have never been anything but the best (Nancy especially) and we’ll continue using them using them for the foreseeable future.

I live at 4721 58th street, and I am fed up with your disposal trucks arriving to pick up the commercial trash next to my bedroom window between the hours of 0300 and 0430. This has to stop!! the businesses aren Panda Express and Pizza Rev on the corner of Folsom Blvd and 58th Street. PLEASE STOP THIS ACTIVITY.
I live in an apartment just outside the dumpster unfortunately, the truck operator comes by every Monday morning around 5AM. wakes me up every time, a call to their office stopped it for a month or so, now it’s right back to 5AM again.
I called and left a message about dispose truck coming at 5:55-6 am in the morning and waking us up. No one called me back to resolve this issue, If there is a great customer service apparently for the people that don’t have any issues with them.
As a business we have experienced wonderful service from both pick up and customer service. Always prompt to answer our questions or adjust our pick up schedule with usual next day or same day service. Fees are also extremely reasonable.
