I would change my gas company service today if I have another choice. This gas company has VERY, VERY & VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you think the phone company is bad, ha ha ha, wait until you deal with Atmos. My recommendation is First, find an alternative to them if you can; Second, do NOT believe anything they say.
