We are going on 21 hours of being in the ER waiting on tests and a room. There are people in chairs in the hallways, with makeshift plexiglass partitions as their “room”. Would highly not recommend coming to this ER if you think you have anything seriously wrong and would need immediate action.
If I could give 0 rating I would this hospital is garbage the nurses tell lies and call security because they all in your personal phone call my family will not return oh and they scream at handicap patients
The staff are the best in the business .. I have worked with many of them during my career in public services as well as been treated by them during some of my injuries.. Floyd is who I trust for my health care.
They mishandled my account, financially. Even after numerous phone calls and emails over the past 6 months+ no one has been able to assist me and it has snowballed into a very serious problem.

My daughter delivered our grandson here and they took excellent care of both of them. He was 2 months premature and spent a month in NICU. When they took me back to get my vitals their was a women sleeping in the the rm in a chair she was there the whole time i was there and i don’t know if she worked there or not. They misdiagnosed my wife with pneumonia and admitted her and kept her an extra day knowing she didn’t have it. They also kept her prescription medication from her for her heart and for primary RLS for 2 days and she was miserable without those .
Nurses on 5 West first shift is SAD and VERY VERY LAZY. I literally watch them sit at the desk talking while the call light was on. Turned it off 3 times. My daughter delivered our grandson here and they took excellent care of both of them. He was 2 months premature and spent a month in NICU. We weren’t able to visit due to covid-19 restrictions but they use an app that allows you to see your child any time day or night. Overall they did a wonderful job taking care of both of them.
