I have been very pleased with our service for 12 years that we have been here. Never a missed pickup and when I missed putting out they picked up next day.
There has been three occasions when my trash was not picked up. First time I just kept my mouth shut and placed it out the following week. Second time it was taken care of by having the guys come back and pick it up later. Today after a frustrating conversation I am feeling disappointed again.

This company has excellent customer service…I called them five minutes before closing and they answered the phone and took the time to address my issue. This was way more than I have experienced with other places of business.
This company actually answered my calls! I haven’t had any problem with the exception on 1 missed pickup… They immediately apologized and offered to resend the trash truck out to pickup my trash or they would issue me a credit on my account.
This company let’s workers throw the cans on the ground and doesn’t correct the issue. My mother has difficulty picking them up each week. Numerous calls to the office has not resolved the issue.
