New Years morning and I am shopping for a new fuel company. We are out of propane (2nd time in a row on auto-fill) and they just screwed up an annual service and left a tenant without heat. We are landlords with multiple buildings but AFC just doesn’t seem competent to keep our properties going.
My furnace was installed by another company before I bought my house. It always seems to conk out on the coldest night of the year at about 9 PM. No problem for AFC – they have it up and running before I can get the wood stove lit! Top notch service from a top notch group of people.

Been treated great by the staff today until Linda called demanding payment for some filters. I am still within the 30 day pay period, never been late on paying prior to this. She is great at inserting little rude comments in her conversation.

The technician Michael arrived & knocked on my door. I didn’t hear him and thankfully rather than just moving on to his next appointment he called to tell me he was at my house.
