  5. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
This is NOT a place of healing. It’s more like a dirty prison. The place is horribly dirty, cold and the staff was terribly rude and of no help at all.

  6. Worst experience of my life after they tried to have me committed and failed the doctor called Cps and had my children removed from my home even tho I had met all treatment requirements. That doctor made my life go bad to worse.

  13. Do not send someone you love here it is filthy and there is in no way help for someone going through depression. You will come out worse off and truly traumatized. Group therapy program awful, physicians on staff even worse. This place will give you nightmares the rest of your life!

  14. Was looking for a place for a relative. Won’t come within a mile of this place. In all the time I have reviewed Google/Yahoo reviews, I’ve never seen such pathetic, poor reviews. It’s even more astounding that NO ONE FROM THE FACILITY …

  15. I have been working here for 7 years and we have come a long way in terms of improving not only our processes but the level of care we provide for patients. I look forward to contributing and continuing to improve our facility.

  16. Horrible and mean staff, they should be trained better, or find different professions. They’re not nurturing or caring. Especially Dealing with people who have mental disorders . Please if you have a mental disorder,or problem go somewhere …

  17. I personally was assisted by this hospital eight years ago in my journey for alcohol recovery, recently when someone close to me needed help with drug addiction they were able to assist in helping this person recover from their abuse in their outpatient IOP program. Highly recommend!

  18. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!! It’s VERY FILTHY! There’s a tech named, Terrance who called me a…(well the word for the female anatomy) How can you call a PATIENT that!?!? This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! Even my nurse was sarcastic and …

  19. Staff is horrendous and rude. Quite unprofessional, patients with these sort of issues need someone who has a decent moral compass of compassion and understanding. These traits are absent among the staff here almost in full. Considering the …

  20. I met an man there who worked on unit 3 during a stay, Nick. He’s another Rudolf Hess. I think about him a lot. It would be nice if he wasn’t participating in history that’s repeating. And also something that I was not going to get into with a Tech about one bit, nooooooooo.

  21. This place is by far the WORST division of any of St.Davis net of hospitals, and how can it not, the staff is totally rude (starting with the Manager Michelle, described as tall blonde below b/c she refuses to give you her name) and …

  25. Poor admissions process. They took my shoelaces and belt then put me and my mom in a waiting room with locked doors. We were not allowed to leave until I saw a doctor. Which took over an hour. Waiting room is dirty and Justin was a jerk! No …

  26. They were nice, but I don’t think they are competent. Example: the first nurse my mom had didn’t know a patient was supposed to finish a course of antibiotics; they did not instill confidence. Plus, I had to fight to get my mom released…and that was weird.

  27. Unfortunately this facility made several fundamental errors in treatment ( and lack of.) Including overlooking prescribed medication, patient intimidation, refusal of medical treatment and other more minor violations. I have had positive …

  28. They are painfully unorganized and no one will explain what’s going on. I came in one day for outpatient thinking I’d get in that day, spent 2 hours on admissions paperwork, didn’t talk to a therapist or anyone else except an admissions …

  29. I was taken in on a monday, and got through intake quickly. They were also fast to have a bed ready for me so I could rest well. The doctor I had was competent, and listened to my needs, which was nice. However, I still left feeling …

  32. I don’t believe they deserve even one star. My son was severely mentally ill and left in as bad of a shape as he came in. He was highly delusional, paranoid, and was suffering physically because of his delusions that the food was being …

  33. Staying there felt like being in jail, minus sharp objects. Not a single patient that I spoke to there, was there willingly. Essentially, we were captives.

  42. On the surface the facility is ran to be clean, honest, and professional. Once your inside though, staff would use the excuse of unprofessionalisn to patients who are in there with mental health disorders that may cause the person to lash …

  48. I actually loved it here. The staff was wonderful they gave me my Rx when I discharged. I would not have been upset if they told me I couldn’t leave. Every staff member was respectful to me. The only bad thing was I had many trans friends on vegan diets and they could not eat while there. That made me sad.

  49. I actually liked it there! The staff was very friendly! I got put on the third floor with somewhat sane people. I’m glad I wasn’t put on the second or third floor with all those crazy people! The only thing I didn’t like was there was a …
