These people NEVER answer the phones. Phone hours 8am to 12 noon. Absolutely ridiculous. You have to leave a message and wait patiently for them to return your call.
Provider is great . Wish we could skip the receptionist and head straight back . Front desk staff are cold and can come off rude at times . We only have to go a couple times a year and haven’t had a decent experience yet .
I saw Dr. Werchan in October 2016 and he was exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive. He listened intently to my medical history and symptoms, and advocated for me to receive an MRI the same afternoon as my appointment. Because of Dr. …
I never leave reviews but I feel the need to warn folks about this place. I was told by the receptionist that my insurance went through and that they would definitely cover my visit with only a specialist cost of $60. I later received a …
Excellent appointment with Dr. Walter Werchan that I attended with a family member. Highly focused, compassionate, bright, and very clear with information as to how to begin to remedy a situation. Clear and direct, Dr. Werchan is, and he …
I couldn’t be more thankful to have Dr. Werchan as my doctor. He throughly looked into my medical history and helped me in ways the VA never would. He cares, is super friendly and is the first doctor I’ve actually trusted to do what’s best …
Very disappointed in Sarah Granger. A friend said she was very nice and she was nice, but unfortunately she was also distracted the whole time I was there. She didn’t seem very interested in what I had to say. Heard only one or two things, …
Dr. Werchen is a SAINT. I am a disabled veteran who suffers from a traumatic brain injury. I have been BATTLING with the veterans affairs for treatment for almost 2 years. Due to the COVID outbreak, all of my appointments with the VA have …
Negligent care. Dr. Aubrechtova simply does not answer my calls or return voicemails: I can’t renew a necessary prescription, I can’t start a new medication with a Primary Care Physician (PCP) because the PCP needs a my neuro to sign off (and they will not answer my PCP either). Extremely frustrating and a barrier to care.
I have been a patient of Dr. Aubrechtova’s for several years now. While her care was fine (although she often seemed distracted), the office staff has always left much to be desired (with an exception here and there, of course). What …
Dr. Werchan is a Rock Star!!!! He is hands down one of the BEST doctors I’ve ever been too in my life. He is all encompassing, body spirit and mind, and sincerely cares about his patients. I’m thrilled to have found Dr. W, he is one of a …
I went to see Dr. Verona about a possible sinus migraine. The offices were shabby, there was a large dead cockroach in the bathroom and when I told the front desk they just shrugged it off. I then saw Dr. Verona and after a brief …
Dr. Werchan is a truly awful practitioner. Not only does he provide completely useless recommendations, he insults you, talks down to you, and demeans you to your face as if you were a child, rather than a patient suffering from ailments that he could care less about. Avoid at all costs.
This is the first doctor’s office I’ve been to since Covid started that doesn’t require masks. The staff and physicians do not wear masks. Studies show stroke survivors are high risk for covid complications.
Dr Werchan has horrible bedside manner and I would absolutely not recommend him! He doesn’t listen well, interrupts, and is impolite. He spoke to us like we were idiots and did not have the intellect to understand the situation. My mom and …

I was able to do an online appointment which is leagues easier than in-person since I have an infant and the clinic is quite far for me. Dr. Obih really listened well and didn’t make me feel like I was silly for reporting my symptoms.
Steer clear of this office. Dr Aubrechtova doesn’t have a clue about Vagus nerve issues howeverits on their website. The doctor sat there in silence and couldn’t answer my questions. All she could say was I don’t know! She played with the …
My experience: “Dr” Werchan was arrogant, condescending, patronizing, accusatory, disorganized, argumentative…and I could go on. I chose this “Dr” from a list of 20 specialists, waited nearly 2.5 months to see him, and drove 1hr to my …

I saw Dr. Aubrechtova and it was one of the worst doctor’s appointments of my life. She did not listen at all and I had to repeat each answer at least 5-10 times. I told her very upsetting things that had happened to me and she just stared …

Dismissive, sloppy, they are the worst !!
Terrible front desk team that have made me leave crying before.
Do these people ever answer the phone?!! I’ve been calling for a month straight, left voicemails, and nothing! Ridiculous!
Dr Werchan was very candid and supportive. I highly recommend him.
These Dr.s are amazing! I have been going here since I was a child. Excellent staff and excellent Dr.s!!!!
