This is the worst company I’ve had to deal with in a long time. They have terrible customer service. They added “fake” service charges to my bill each month that I had set up with auto pay. Check your statements people!
they shut you off with no warning or call they say they do but you do not get it or call you don’t get

This is the worst company I’ve had to deal with in a long time. I have three small children and called them to light my furnace and they told me to help my self.
This company is the textbook definition of words like “parasites”, “thieves”, “scammers” etc. still burning natural gas and coal while robbing you of about 1/3rd of your income each month.
I called Austin Utilities with a problem. John the service technician responded immediately and diagnosed the issue. I am 100 percent satisfied with Austin Utilities!
