There was nothing to like about the water company. The people who run the company are very rude and they where late to turn on my water. And there massive deposit isn’t right. If there would have been options for another water company I would have went through it.
They are scamming us poor customers! They have the rudest people in the world working there and when you dispute a bill they will refuse to come read the meter! They need to be regulated immediately!
Terrible. Beyond overpriced. Lived many places and never have I ever have paid this much for my water bill. My water usage was the same everywhere I’ve lived, this place would tack on random hikes and fees for no explainable reason and the hours were ridiculously bad for any working person. Horrid.
The Water Company is breaking everyone that moves into this town with the Outrageous Charges. If your bill is $50.00 and that is all you Used that month, Your bill will Double or Triple due to the Fees and Capital fees and Storm water drains.

Water taste horrible, leaves a red rash after every shower, and the bill is about $200 a month.
