  1. Do not use this company. They have been a problem since day 1. Faulty products and Bad customer service if you can even get them on the phone. You would be better living with sleep apnea then dealing with them.

  4. Unfortunately it takes a complaint to get service from Baird. Several times I’ve complained about billing or the lack there of and always get attention afterwards but why does it come to that…. They don’t seem to have their act together. I’ve finally had enough and am heading to another company.

  8. This medical supply company has gone from a great customer centric medical goods supplier to a nightmare. It is impossible to get a hold of customer service and their deliveries are measured in months not days. Go elsewhere.
