You advertise close at 4:30. I have been trying since 4pm on a Wednesday and it rings with no recorded message option. Just rings rings rings. Very poor customer service. Non existant.
I have had only positive experiences with all of the people working for the Bald Knob Water System. Extremely helpful, always friendly, and always accommodating. Welcoming us into town with encouragement and advice, I truly have appreciated them over the last 2 years.
