I had tests done on April 11 and was told that I would get the results in a couple of days and it’s been over a week. I would like to know if I am going to lose my foot.
Horrible patient service within the JCMC ER. Covid patients intermixed with non-covid patients. 8-hour waits due to failure to triage…..More importantly, a total lack of leadership.
I was given instructions and an address to have screenings done prior to surgery. Wrong address and the staff at 1220 Volunteer Pkwy treated me like a stray dog eating out of their favorite cat’s dish. Highly recommend alternative health care facilities if available to you! Lousy service! Condescending and plain rude!
I was trying to resolve a billing issue for my wife.Was cut off 3 times and I asked to speak to a supervisor and was cut off again. This company IS a monopoly in this area suffering from substandard customer and professional services. The overall rating they have tells it all!
The worst hospital in Kingsport, Tennessee. Walk in ER on oxygen with knife sharp chest pains asking for help and told you have to sign in 😢

My visit was with my daughter in severe pain from ruptured disc…I realize the er at Houston valley is busy but. She had to sit in a wheelchair for 5 hours or more they did not prioritize my name sherry kelly
I have set in urgent care in Norton for hours as sick as I can be. While they take people who make an appointment online right on in. This is a horrible policy! The excuse they use too is we only have one nurse. Hire some more!
