Water bill is outrageous 🤬. …
You all do a great job! Thank you for doing this dangerous, dirty, often thankless work. THANK YOU!
why work here if you don’t want to pick up the calls? i mean does anyone work here ? im on hold for an hr. this is the worst.
Wow these ladies move a line fast, they all deserve a raise. I can’t even get fast food as fast as they got me through the line.
The worst, i called so many times< and sent some many email they don't even call back or anything. They jus DONT WORK !!! Is so frustrating.
The are lacked in their builfong and they dont amswer to the phone. There is no way of teaching them. Do they get paid because they don’t deserve theirs money.
If you thought the Baltimore City Arrival of Public Works was something, wow do I have news for you. If you’re looking for Human Resources, you’ll find them anywhere else in the city besides upstairs.

Baltimore in general is an absolute disaster when it comes to public water and sewer. If you value your paychecks, stay out of the city as it feels like public works always has their hands in your pockets. 60-70 dollars a month for water that we barely use because of fees and minimums is an absolute crime.
I paid on average 40-63 a month(120-190) every 3months in water from 2013-2016. Since water bill went from every 3 months to monthly payments, I’m now now paying 90-140 a month. Thasts about double to triple the amount in cost.
No lines at 9:45am. Cashier’s pleasant.
My aunt works in the building
my 1st monthly bill has a billing date of 11/3/16 and a due date of 11/23/16, that only allows 20 days to pay the bill, less the time it took the bill to reach me via USPS – is this the new norm for the new billing? I would think a minimum …
Sitting on hold for 40 minutes and still no customer service representative. It is 9:30 Tuesday morning. NO EXCUSES to make a customer wait that long. I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER PIECE OF REAL ESTATE IN THIS S_HOLE AGAIN.
ZERO STARS… they overcharge me $300, tell me I have to get a plumber to inspect my home for leaks, I pay a plumber $150 to come out here and confirm no leaks in my home, its the main coming from the street, it has ants in the meter, THEY …
I spoke with Teresa and she was super helpful and sweet. Usually dealing with anyone in Baltimore city is a literal nightmare but she helped me out and gave me all the info I needed
I send multiple emails to figure out why my bill is excessive in amount. No reponse at all. People please analyze your usage. i observed on one single day my water usage go up for no reason even during night time, reading was showing water …
They dump trash juice all over the city when collecting garbage. They break glass all over the street when collecting recycling. They don’t properly manage their contractors who can do some really terrible work around Baltimore City. Absolutely no concern for the City or the residents they serve.
Even they do not deserve one star. They deserves only very big anf FAT ZERO from me. McDonalds employees has much better service. Very rude, and unprofessional customer service.I am not sure what kinda customer service is there. I would never ever live in Baltimore city.
My trash pickup was today. They took everyone else trash but mine all because my can was full and I had a bag on the ground. They always leave more trash on the ground after collection than what was put out there
Personal was so nice… The security at front was really helpful and she really looks that she like her job..And the clerk at the water dept .. SHE WAS AMAZING.. Great attitude.. Everyone was so Amazing.. Thank so much for your service
How can my MONTHLY billing be higher than my QUARTERLY billing? How is that in any way possible? I am a single person living in my home, am very careful about how I use my water. Don’t do laundry more than one timer per week, never run …
I have tried three times to have them change my mailing address and they still have not figured out how to do it. I have emailed, sent faxes, and called but they continue to send my bill to my old address. Each time, it takes a month to find out if they finally did it right. Such incompetence is stunning.
On hold for 30 minutes and still was hold when writing this review. Someone actually picked up and put me back on hold 3-5 times. I will eventually write when I do finally get a human to try and help me. Finally after 31 minutes I got online with a real person. Beautiful
High water bill. City is broke and they are charging me over $200 for $15 of water. Rest is tax, infrastructure fee, management fee, stormwater fee, bay restoration. They are bunch of crooks.
Trying to start new water service. None of the choices work when you press the buttons. At the end of the recording a voice says, “No number chosen,” no matter how many buttons you’ve pressed. Then the recording begins again on a loop. I …
Special thank you to Ms. Brittany Cyprus for her help over the phone today. She went above and beyond to help me find the previous rep I spoke to and put me in line to have a water meter checked. Thank you again,
Second time they have wasted God knows how much money providing plastic recycling bins that can’t possibly fit through any typical Baltimore doorway.
After 12 attempts to contact someone in DPW about a water meter issue in Baltimore County, the only person to answer the phone told us to talk to Baltimore County. When we called back the person whose name we have, was not known to anyone …
Have called about my bill for months (nearing a year). Always promised a call back but still have yet to receive a response and there is no other way to contact the department for assistance. This is a horrific way to treat tax paying citizens.
I’ve called in two times (11/28/18 and 11/29/18) and both times the representatives were very helpful and polite! I waited less than 1 minute to speak to someone. I’m new to Baltimore, and based on the past negative reviews I was putting off calling them. However I had a good experience!
The answering system gives you options to press numbers….They do nothing. If you press a number that was not given to you as a option such as 0 for the operator it tells you that was not an option and disconnects you. Given the current …
700 block of Howard st and Monument st sewer needs to be clean filled with leaves and trash residents in the neighborhood shouldn’t have to clean out sewer for the heavy rain to go down!!!! Not only that it backs up the plumbing in our homes and apartments!!!
Phone is NEVER answered no matter what time of the day you call M-F!
Everyone I spoke to was very nice and did their best to help, but there were always super duper long hold times and they were so backed up that it took months to resolve anything. Called back every month for months.
So I leave my bin on the curb for pickup, a bin which I had to pay for since the city did not provide to me. At the time recycling was an option so that tab was on me. …
After getting a water bill $400 higher than any of my neighbors for no reason, I can’t get any answer out of them other than “ I don’t know what to tell you, except to pay it”. Unacceptable. This is clearly someone not doing their job correctly.
Our organization has been trying to change the mailing address for several of our buildings for over 5 months with no resolution. I used the online contact form, emailed directly, and still received no response. I have yet to get an answer. …
First you can’t get ahold of anybody. Then when you finally maybe do, they are absolutely no help. They don’t want to help because they don’t want to do anything. When will something be done about these people who are in charge of Baltimore …
They never answer the phone! You will literally be on hold for hours. Why can’t Baltimore city hire people who actually want to work for their paycheck instead of sitting around checking their nails all day. So frustrating.
Do not bother calling or trying to get any customer service!
Had a water bill discrepancy that I needed to speak to financing. After calling …
Cashed checks but do not apply to my account. Even after sending them copies of all cashed checks and the corresponding bills, they still swear their system is correct. They refuse to credit my account
