I wish we had read these reviews prior to taking out our mortgage. We’ve also experienced poor customer service. When you call with questions, they interrupt before you can even finish explaining your question. You’re left to feel like an inconvenience instead of the reason they have a business! Not recommended by this family!
Kurt and Matt were fantastic to work with, they helped guide the process from day one. Very communicative, able to answer questions quickly and accurately. They’re also excellent at directing you to the right place if they can’t answer your question. My s/o and I are very pleased with the services offered.
Very poor and very rude customer service, we’ve had our mortgage through them for close to 12 years now and if you add up the interest that we paid on our loan vs the principal owed you would thank we would be treated better. Especially since we both have 750+ credit scores. Shame on them.
