This place is soooooo unprofessional, no matter what your situation is they will have you waiting in the waiting area for 4+ hours even if you’re on your death bed. DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!

This rating is to even out the rating and make it 3 rather than 3.5, as it would have been if Baptist hadn’t so obviously written positive reviews for itself as an unregistered ‘A Google User’ to be its own first review 5 years ago and multiple times over 3 years ago, but no time again since.
From the very rude people,to the 7 hour wait in agony this is by far the worst hospital I have ever been to. They did nothing to relieve pain and the doctor,nygun never even bothered to check on me
The older white woman in the front office on the right in the emergency room waiting area was so rude I have never seen anyone that rude who worked in a hospital, everyone else was very nice.
These people who are supposed to help you find someone who has been hurt in your family are incompetent or just don’t care. Two times I tried to find out my where my brother was and when I could see him only to be put on hold and forgotten.
There’s always a wait and we are not talking about 2 3 hours wait is even more than that in all that time you waiting I would recommend to even go to a hospital in Houston would been faster than the wait you do here

This is for the security department. They had a man outside in the parking lot looking in cars went in to tell security which was a tall heavy set black man and he did nothing. He didn’t go outside to check but said ok. That’s it. Still setting his rear down. If you can’t move around, don’t apply for the job.
The experience here sucks. All the nurses do in the er is seat in a group and talk. It takes hours before you can get any service. And theyovey very slow with only a handful of patients.
