People sitting in the lobby with IVs , creepy atmosphere, small and extremely crowded, if you’re having an emergency expect to wait 3+ hours to be brought back.

I was told to pick up my 88 year old mother at the Moreno street valet parking area. Upon pulling up and getting her into the car security pulled up behind and blew their horn. I was very disappointed I expected better customer service.
My father in law was sent by ambulance here from the VA because he was having a heart attack. Four hours later here we sit with not a single test or anything else done waiting for the echo cardiogram they said he needs to get. This is ridiculous. You could die here waiting. Literally. And I’m not sure they’d even notice.
I knew that my 87 year old dad was in the right hospital for our faith in Jesus when one of the nurses told him “ I will be praying for your dad”.

DO NOT go here. This place price gouges unreasonably. Charged me over 4 thousand dollars just to put a little glue on a tiny cut. No other procedure was done, no blood taken, no X-ray, literally just glue on a cut not even an inch long.
Overall experience was horrendous! The wait time is horrible (spent 7hrs here), you might as well plan your funeral waiting for them! The lack of listening to what the actual problem is even worse. I was told to pick up my 88 year old mother at the Moreno street valet parking area. Upon pulling up and getting her into the car security pulled up behind and blew their horn. I was very disappointed I expected better customer service.
My father in law was sent by ambulance here from the VA because he was having a heart attack. Four hours later here we sit with not a single test or anything else done waiting for the echo cardiogram they said he needs to get. This is ridiculous. You could die here waiting. Literally. And I’m not sure they’d even notice.
I knew that my 87 year old dad was in the right hospital for our faith in Jesus when one of the nurses told him “ I will be praying for your dad”.
