  1. They are so expensive… They are overcharging their customers… They cut off my power during this pandemic… The Bill for 2 months is 1,137 dollars, so I don’t know what to do…

  2. Barbourville Utilities are a joke. My poor disabled Mom has internet service through them and I have to go fix the “Blink Gigabit” once weekly! The customer service representative’s are rude and sorry. I have a few choice words for them but let’s keep it at PG Rating.

    I haven’t had 1 problem with service since moving to Knox county and being a customer of Barbouville Utilities.

  5. We pay for 50 meg and 25 mega upload. We barely get 5.85 and 835 kbps upload. This company is an absolute rip off. Ran three separate speed tests with three different sites with the same results.

  7. I don’t think I’ve been without power for more than 20 minutes during any storm. They offer a top shelf service. Cable is ridiculously high, but good. Internet is off the hook.
