The doctors at the eastpoint / Dundalk branch is wonderful . But the office could use more training .

Hands down the worst eye doctor practice I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Unless you like being disrespected and deplorable customer service, I strongly recommend not subjecting yourself to this ludicrous joke of a practice. So unsanitary I may possible have contracted herpes

I go to the Park Avenue location. This would now be my second year with them. No issues or complaints on my end. The staff is always helpful with all questions over the phone and in person. I get both glasses and contacts not really much else to be said, Great service Great results.

I will not be returning to this place. They examined my eyes and were supposed to provide me with glasses to protect my eyes from the bright sun. The bare minimum that they could have done was ask me to bring my own from home.
I love the service. Everyone is professional. They treat you with respect that’s all that counts. Stop being so judgmental. It’s only one god that will be the judging.so worry about you so that you can see and leave those people alone. Have a Beautiful Blessed Day.

If you’re not good with kids then don’t deal with that cluster of people. Talking about the doctor. Everyone else are marvelous. That doctor gotta go!
