We signed up for service and then canceled about a day later because we ended up going with another company. About a week later Bates dropped off trash cans for us anyway. Now I’m trying to call them to get them to pick up the trash cans so we don’t get charged for them and no one answers the phone.
They do not come on a timely basis. We just started with them about 5 weeks ago with twice a week service and we have to call them every week to pick up the trash as they do not come unless called. Waste of time to have them as a waste management company.
They choose when to pick your trash up, often missing many weeks in between pickups—any amount of calling will not change that. When I call, all I’m given is promise after promise, but none of the promises ever get actually executed. Terribly run company, should be shut down by the state.
