Making appointments (phone hold time & available times) is getting ridiculous. If doctors can’t see their patients in a timely fashion then they need to limit the patient number that the accept. Stop taking new ones until someone moves away or passes away.

I’ve been seeing doctors here for over 30 years. I wouldn’t do that unless I’m receiving the best care. My primary doctor has only changed once but they have all of my records in one place. Staff is very friendly and helpful with my questions. Parking can sometimes be an issue but it’s manageable.

Dr David W Fontenot is the best Primary Care Giver. He takes time to listen and really let you know that he cares about your health. He even picked up on something in the tone of my voice that told him that I was experiencing an issue that I wasn’t discussing.
