Never recieved a bill and while looking at my credit report, it was placed in collection per credit report.
I too was dinged by a collection agency and I never knew I had an outstanding bill. Shame.
Never answers phone, these people do not send bills to you and all of a sudden throws you in credit bureau

Like others, I was never billed the correct amount and it ended up going to a collection agency. Ended up screwing up my credit. Would not recommend.
Paid $750 for an MRI and now I have a debt collector calling me about a $225 balance that is already being reported on my credit as a delinquent account, this obviously is a common practice here, why would anyone ever go there again ?
Same thing happened to me as the previous poster. Had an ER visit months ago. Never received a bill and then today get a COLLECTIONS NOTICE in the mail. I attempted to call Baton Rouge Radiology directly at 3pm on a Monday (normal business hours) and it just rings nonstop. Ridiculous. Will be filing complaints all across the board.
This place put a collections on my credit report for something that I was never billed for so I don’t even have a way to dispute the charges because they are not known. The charge was just for $11.00 and I can’t think of anything a radiology office could come up with that would only be $11.00.
