My family interaction via phone, internet or in person has always been pleasant. That why we been members close to 30 years. Some family members even longer.
I have been disconnected 3 times trying to get through to this credit union. The worst ever. I have had so many problems with them by phone but the Marlboro branch has nice employees. Over the phone with the 531-8100 forget it.
NEGATIVE 3 STARS ….Terrible. No one answers the phone and I’ve left several messages for return phone call
