I’ve banked with baycel for at least 20 years now. Never had issues other than the 1k flag that gets thrown when trying to spend your own money. Seems weird that my account can be flagged at 1k, but a fraudulent charge of nearly 5k can come through without a challenge and put me in the negative. Amazing.
I am very unhappy with BFCU, My Card was fraudulent used for $600, I did not receive any flags, although I’m signed up to receive them, also when I contacted BFCU for help regarding this issue, they stated they were not able to dispute the …
