This is less of a review and more of a fyi. The ER wait is so long because there are people in the ER who are dying and are the ones who really need the care then and there. If your kid is sick or even if you cut a finger off that’s not going to be fatal, you can drive over to a walk-in clinic for that.

Staff is nice but bayhealth needs to reexamine their flow and procedures. No communication between departments.
