I called about the boil water advisory, so I called Bayou Liberty Water about it and the lady that answered the phone acted like she did not want to be bothered when I asked her a couple of questions. Terrible customer service….
Awful customer service and policies. The employees are not knowledgeable of their own policies and they all give out different incorrect information. They also send you a bill with a $50 reconnect fee, but when you call to get it reconnected they say it’s a $105 reconnect fee.

If you are on disconnect list, and pay your bill before they disconnect your water, they still charge you disconnect fee. But its okay if they dont send you a bill for a month or two.
