This place is nothing about a bunch of crooks and idiots that a- have no idea what is going on within their own billing system half the time and b- will find any and all reason to over charge you, even at their own fault. Terrible.
Thanks for cutting your water off 24+hours after you pay your bill. And refuse to come out to turn the water back on after 4pm. With their billing process, they are living in 1978! And the quality of the water I’m really thinking about going back to a water well.
They want you to pay the delinquent bills from the previous home owners, when connecting new service! They do not take payments over the phone, you have to drive out to the middle of no where to pay the bills and manually sign paperwork. …
