I called the office this afternoon at 3:30 to report a leaking water meter in Bowling Green. Service truck was on site in 5 minutes and by 3:48 they had replaced the meter and were gone. You can get much better service than that.
This company will shut off your water without notice even if you are home. Then, they tell you that no one can turn it on after 4pm so you have to wait til the next day. Sometimes you don’t get a bill and have to call to get your bill.

Again disconnected no notice. Again a $50 reconnect fee, which is higher than a one month bill. You walk in with what you owe, and you will NOT be reconnected without the additional $50 reconnect fee. This is the highest reconnect fee I’ve ever seen out of ANY utility I’ve ever had.
