Called Beaches Energy and explained the problem, they took it very seriously and sent someone out that morning, found the problem “on their side” of the wires to our house, and fixed it in less than 30 minutes.   23. On a 3 day holiday weekend half of our house lost power -including the AC. I called an electrician who said it was a Beaches Energy problem. BES was here within a few hours, fixed the problem and our power and AC were restored! Very courteous and hard working employees. Very impressed and pleased with BES!
