  4. Great response to a device malfunction!!! Alex Camarena was so helpful and took the time to me understand how this system works. I am not very tech savoy with this new world and it is nice to find someone with such a helpful attitude in todays busy times.

  5. Subscribed to the $70 a month premium package of 5 download and 2 upload speeds. Not unusual to get download and upload speeds of less than 1. No sense emailing them as they don’t respond.

  7. If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. Freezes in the middle of streaming anything, and I opted for their fastest (?) service. If you call they put you on death hold.

    45 $ a month for 5 mbps internet and usually its 1 mbps it will crashes And disconnect constantly it is extremely slow and overpriced there is a new internet provider coming out in early 2020 just wait for them DO NOT USE BEEMSPEED

  16. Their customer service is atrocious, every time I call no one ever answers or I get hung up on. And don’t even get me started on their internet speeds, it’s laughable, especially for the price. 100% will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

  17. I considered all the big players to provide internet for my office but just when I was about to get very comparable service for 40% MORE I decided to go with Beamspeed and was delightfully surprised. Ask for Alex Camarena he is very knowledgeable and attentive.

  19. It’s okay, I recently got it and i enjoyed it very much on YouTube and downloading dlc but it is terrible during online gameplay. It says I have 7.8 mbps download and 1.8 mbps upload but I get massive lag time and time again. I’ve rebooted my console and modem and no results.

  20. I have to reset my service every week and when I call in to ask when I am told they will reset it from office and it will fix problem. It does for maybe two weeks .I live in an area where they are my only choice ,but feel like they know that so have the lowest priority.
